Casting
This Katana was 3D-modeled with blender, then 3D-printed using my FDM-printer and lastly painted with spray-cans and by hand.
It’s from an anime called “Demon Slayer” and wielded by Giyu Tomioka.

The 3D-model was split into 3D-printable parts
The blade was "welded" together using a soldering iron
After a few coats of primer and sanding in-between
Pre-assembly of the first version (the guard was too small on this version)
The blades after a black base-coat was applied (I made a second blade just in case)
All of the small parts before priming
The wrapping on the handle was done using paracord and a technique called "Tsukamaki"
